Long Term Futures is seeking a creative, reflective and resilient SEN Teacher to join an Ofsted rated 'Good' SEN setting in Leicestershire. This role is perfect for a teacher looking to grow within a specialist environment supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

This is a fantastic opportunity to take learning beyond the classroom, using extensive grounds and the wider community to bring the curriculum to life.

Role Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver and assess an engaging curriculum tailored to year 7 learners with SEMH and ASD, ensuring progress for all pupils. Adapt lessons to meet the individual needs and interests of your students. Build and maintain positive relationships to support learning and emotional regulation. Use creative approaches to take learning outdoors and into the community. Collaborate closely with the wider education and therapeutic team to support each pupil's development. What We're Looking For:
