Academics are working on behalf of a SEN Specialist School who are seeking a SEN Class Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive specialist team in Luton. Previous experience working with children and young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) is welcomed but not essential.

Be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND
Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to teaching
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Be able to commute to Luton
Create learning experiences that are fun, engaging, relevant, and functional
Deliver personalised, sequential learning to ensure good or better progress for all pupils
This SEN Class Teacher position is a permanent, full-time role based in Luton, with a start date of Spring Term 2026. Informal conversations are encouraged, and visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
