We are seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to inspire and support students in an alternative provision setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, innovative environment where every student is valued, and your ideas can make a lasting impact.\n\nYou will teach and support secondary-aged students with special educational needs, delivering engaging lessons in English, Maths, and Science while providing emotional guidance and encouragement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, problem-solving, and helping students achieve both academic success and personal growth.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nDeliver high-quality, tailored lessons that engage and motivate learners.\n\nProvide emotional and academic support, helping students build confidence and resilience.\n\nEncourage ambition and creativity, both inside the classroom and in wider school activities.\n\nMonitor progress, assess learning, and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.\n\nCollaborate with colleagues to plan, evaluate, and improve student outcomes.\n\nPromote our school values: equality, diversity, safeguarding, well being, and British values.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nTeaching Qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards it.\n\nExperience working in schools; secondary experience is a strong advantage.\n\nStrong understanding of alternative provision and SEN approaches.\n\nPassion for supporting students' ambitions and making a positive difference in their lives.\n\nCreative and adaptable teaching approach.\n\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.\n\nCommitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, and well being.\n\nDesirable Qualifications & Skills:\n\nDegree in a relevant subject or SEN equivalent.\n\nSpecialist teaching qualification.\n\nProficiency in English, Maths, and Science (minimum grade 4/C or equivalent).\n\nExperience creating innovative and engaging learning experiences.\n\nIf you are ready to inspire, engage, and support students to reach their full potential, please get in touch
