Role: SEN Class Teacher Location: Reading Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Age Group: Primary-aged pupils Suitable for: QTS-qualified teachers with SEN or inclusive education experience (or a strong interest in SEN)Role Responsibilities
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals Contributing to EHCP targets, reviews, and personalised learning plansThis SEN Class Teacher role offers excellent support, professional development opportunities, and the chance to work within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.
