What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to keep students engaged
- Helping manage behaviour and de-escalate situations
- Supporting pupils who may be at risk of exclusion
- Making a real, visible impact every single day
