Implement tailored strategies to help pupils regulate emotions and develop positive relationships

Work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to deliver personalised support plans

Model patience, consistency and high expectations at all times

What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or additional needs (school or youth work settings)
