The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups. The role will involve helping students regulate their emotions, engage positively with learning, and develop strategies to manage behaviour and anxiety in a structured and supportive environment.
You will help deliver targeted interventions, support personalised learning plans, and build trusting relationships with pupils who benefit from consistent and calm support throughout the school day in this dynamic SEMH Teaching Assistant role.
