What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting children with SEMH needs in class and during interventions

Helping plan and deliver engaging, meaningful learning activities

Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and staff to champion each child's development

Monitoring progress and celebrating every success

Who We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with SEMH (primary-aged preferred)

Strong communication, patience, empathy, and energy to inspire

Team player who can also take initiative

Passionate about making school a safe and stimulating place to learn
