Teaching Assistant required - Full time - Cranborne, Dorset

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant for a longer-term role within a specialist SEMH school based in Cranborne.

The Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils aged 11–16 who require consistency, structure, and positive relationships to succeed in education.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting learning and emotional regulation within the classroom
Working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Supporting behaviour plans and interventions
Helping create a safe, engaging learning environment

Essential Criteria

Previous experience working with SEMH
Ability to build strong, professional relationships with young people
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - The school location is remote so you must have your own transport.
Commitment to a full-time, long-term role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
