The Role As a YR3 Teaching Assistant specializing in SEMH support, you will work closely with a pupil in Year 3 who requires assistance in managing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve offering 1-to-1 support to help the pupil access learning and engage in social situations across the school. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the pupil receives tailored support, including contributing to assessments and providing regular feedback.
