With small class sizes of 12–15 pupils, staff are able to provide tailored, individualised support in a calm and nurturing setting.

About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team as soon as possible (or from January). You’ll be supporting students with SEMH needs across the curriculum, helping to build trust, promote engagement, and encourage positive behaviour. This is a long-term position, and the school is seeking someone who can commit to five days a week and become a valued member of their close-knit team.
