Role Responsibilities of the SEMH TA:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEMH needs. Assist in managing challenging behaviour with a calm, proactive approach. Help pupils access learning by adapting resources and strategies. Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams. Build strong relationships with students based on trust and consistency. Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans and reviews. Job Requirements of the SEMH TA:
