SEMH Teacher - Specialist Setting (Epilepsy & Neurological Conditions)

Location: Lingfield Contract: Full-time / Permanent Salary: £130 - £200 dependant on qualifications and experiece

We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to join a specialist school supporting children and young people with epilepsy and associated neurological, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role

As an SEMH Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs and epilepsy Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development Work closely with therapists, clinicians, and support staff to implement individual education and care plans Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to support learning and wellbeing Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needsThe Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) Has experience working with SEMH needs, SEND, or vulnerable learners Has a strong understanding of behaviour support and emotional wellbeing Is calm, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication skills...
