You will have experience of running a high volume business and happy to jump in where and when needed, especially when the sun comes out as it can take the business from a steady day to 100 miles per hour! You will be known for keeping an exceptional pint of beer, with standards that are second to none throughout the pub. You are passionate about coaching people and able to attract like-minded people to come and be part of your team. You will love to plan events and see the potential of the location in both the summer and winter months. Understanding the local life is essential, as you will be at the heart of village and be proud of the tight knit community you serve.
