Domestic Gas Engineer – High-End Residential (London)
Location: Premium residential apartments across London
Rate: £300 per day
Contract: Self-Employed

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end residential apartments throughout London. This role suits a professional engineer who is confident working in occupied, premium homes and delivering a high standard of service.

The Role
Gas breakdowns and fault finding
Boiler and domestic gas appliance servicing
Carrying out Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
Repairs, replacements, and minor installations
Working in occupied homes and premium residential environments
Ensuring all works comply with current Gas Safe and safety regulations
Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with residents, managing agents, and site teamsEssential Requirements
Valid Gas Safe registration (must already be registered)
Valid ACS qualifications (minimum 12 months remaining):

CCN1
CPA1
CENWAT
CKR1
HTR1
Plumbing qualification: NVQ Level 2 (minimum)
Proven experience in domestic gas works
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
A professional, customer-first approach
Excellent communication and presentation
Pride in your workmanship with strong attention to detail
