You'll be responsible for the quality of all testing engagements, evolving service offerings, managing utilisation, and mentoring a high-performing team - while continuing to deliver complex engagements yourself where needed.What you'll doLead and scale the security testing practiceOwn testing methodologies, tooling, and quality standardsOversee delivery across multiple concurrent engagementsSupport scoping, proposals, and key client relationshipsDevelop and mentor security testing consultantsWhat we're looking for5+ years' hands-on security testing experienceProven leadership or practice-level responsibilityStrong capability across web, API, cloud, infrastructure, and network testingExperience with industry methodologies (OWASP, PTES, OSSTMM)Relevant certifications (e.g. CREST, OSCP, CISSP, CHECK)Strong communication and commercial awarenessNice to haveRed team or AI/LLM security testing experienceExperience launching or scaling testing servicesA great opportunity for someone who still loves testing but wants real influence over people, quality, and direction.JBRP1_UKTJ
