Security Systems Engineer - CommissioningLocation: UK Wide - Field BasedSalary: £45,000 £50,000 + Company Van + Fuel CardWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Systems Engineer with strong commissioning experience across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and perimeter security systems.This is a UK-wide field-based role focused on commissioning integrated electronic security systems across commercial and high-security environments.The ideal candidate will have strong commissioning capability and experience working with complex security system integration.Key ResponsibilitiesFull commissioning of CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and perimeter security systemsSystem configuration, programming, and integrationAdvanced fault diagnosis and resolution during commissioning activitiesSystem testing, validation, and performance checksClient demonstrations and system handoverCompletion of commissioning documentation and reportsLiaising with project teams, clients, and engineersSupporting installation teams with technical input where requiredEnsuring systems meet design and specification requirementsAccurate reporting and system documentationRequirementsStrong commissioning experience in electronic security systemsExperience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, or perimeter systemsAbility to configure and troubleshoot integrated systemsExperience working in commercial or critical infrastructure environmentsStrong communication skills for client-facing handoversGood IT literacy for programming and documentationAbility to work independently across UK-wide projectsAdditional InformationThis is a UK-wide role supporting national contracts across commercial and critical infrastructure environments.
