Job Title: Stock Security Manager

Salary: £35,000 + Bonus (20-30%) 42k+

The Duties:

Lead development and enforcement of site Security and Safety Operating Procedures (SSOPs). Oversee CCTV, alarms, and access control systems across high-risk areas. Coordinate secure transport, storage, and handling of precious metals in line with insurance and compliance standards. Manage incident response, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with police, insurers, and external agencies. Implement anti-theft measures and maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and security breaches. Lead H&S drills, inductions, and ensure all safety standards are upheld. Deliver staff training and chair regular meetings with senior management on security matters.Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in managing CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Strong background in incident handling, risk management, and health & safety. SIA licence or looking to obtain.
