Security & Resilience Consultant Certain Advantage is hiring for a Security & Resilience Consultant based in Swindon.This role is on an initial 6-month contract and is hybrid , with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. The role: We’re looking for an experienced consultant that is hands-on and can focus on operational delivery, standardisation, and audit-readiness . Key deliverables include: Designing a maturity framework covering Physical Security, Personnel Security, Travel Risk Management, and Business Continuity. Mapping framework for relevant legislation. Developing audit-ready templates and processes aligned to ISO and BSI standards where practicable. Delivering an initial round of audits, establishing peer-to-peer maturity scoring and metrics dashboards. Supporting the companies Departmental Security Health Check (DSHC) submission.
