Company allowance & credit card provided. * Occasional office visits required for meetings and equipment preparation * Project durations vary from short-term installs to longer-term assignments Overview – Security Project Engineer/ Installation Manager: A well-established electronic security company are looking to appoint a Project Engineer/ Installation Manager to support the delivery of security projects across the UK (Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms & Intercoms). This is a site-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on while coordinating installations and leading teams on live projects. Working to NSI standards within the project delivery team, you’ll take ownership of multiple installation projects at once, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to specification, whilst collaborating with project managers, overseeing sub-contractors and the whole installation process. Installations can vary in size from £10K - £100K and durations of up to 6 months. You will be overseeing installation of a variety of kit including C-Cure, Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, IndigoVision, Avigilon & more. Security Project Engineer/ Installation Manager Responsibilities: * Lead on-site installation projects, coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and deliveries * Ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements * Oversee pre-installation preparation, equipment setup, and commissioning tests * Manage health & safety compliance, inductions, and site briefings * Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and resolving issues * Communicate updates and impacts to clients and Project Managers * Document work, timesheets, as-built records, and complete handovers * Escalate risks, technical issues, or project variations as needed Security Project Engineer/ Installation Manager Skills Required: * Strong background in Engineering within the Security Industry * Proven experience supervising or managing installation teams within the security industry * Good knowledge of NSI / Regulations * Solid understanding of electronic/electrical systems and basic networking * Comfortable working on-site and occasionally getting involved in installation work * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects * Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset * Full UK driving licence * Able to meet security clearance requirements (including employment history checks) APPLY NOW!
