We are recruiting for a Security Manager for one of the Coolest hotels in Hoxton! The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, a gym, Panorama Events Space and two destination restaurants, The Brush East London Grande Café and Solaya.
We are looking for a Security Manager who:
Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others
Ensures employees, guests and visitors' safety and security within the hotel
Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
Will effectively manage their department and be a hands-on leader
Is well organised, an excellent communicator, and committed to building and developing their team
Has previous experience as an Assistant Security Manager
