You will work closely with senior management, including Heads of Security and client representatives, ensuring seamless service delivery across all locations. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-performance standards across multiple teams and sites.Experience in high-security environments, including knowledge of counter-terrorism measures, Martyns Law, and partnership working with police and emergency services, is highly advantageous. At present the business is performing exceptionally well operationally and therefore the organisation is keen to capitalise on this success and is looking for a commercially minded Operations Manager who can focus on growth both in revenues and profitability whilst ensuring the continuity of service to current clients.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct Management of:Security ManagersSite ManagersSite SupervisorsPrestigious Single Site Portfolio Responsibility for a diverse multi-site portfolio in London with overall responsibility for a large team of officers.Management of direct and indirect costsTo submit Operations and budgetary reportsTransfer of customer contracts to technology driven solutions.Full P&L responsibility, budget setting, KPI setting and management.To effectively manage operational capability of the site, this role will be a strategic position though you should have a hands on approach, leading from the front.To ensure effective communication between all - staff, clients, Area & Operations ManagersRecruitment and the disciplinary of your direct reports.Identification and assistance with the integration of acquisitionsMotivate and develop your team with a view to developing individuals through the business who are recognised as future managers of the business, leading from the front and ensuring a best-in-class service to client via a fully functioning operational team.
