Job Title:Security Coach & SIA TrainerLocation:North West (across Manchester sites)Salary:£27,500 + £3,750 Car AllowanceAbout the Role:Our client is looking for a passionate and motivatedSecurity Coach & SIA Trainerto deliver high-quality adult education programmes. You will support and inspire learners working towards security-related qualifications, helping them achieve successful outcomes and progress into employment or further training.TheSecurity Coach & SIA Traineris a hands-on role where coaching, mentoring, and learner engagement are key to success.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of learners, providing regular support and interventionsDeliver engaging training programmes tailored to individual learner needsDevelop and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) aligned to career goalsMotivate learners to achieve qualifications on time and to a high standardEmbed Maths, English and Digital Skills into learningProvide timely, accurate feedback to support learner developmentTrack learner progress and maintain compliant evidence for funding and quality standardsWork collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders and employersSupport learner progression into sustainable employment or further trainingContribute to high-quality learning materials and continuous improvementWhat Our Client is Looking ForEssential:Minimum 2 years front-line security experience (within last 5 years, UK)Level 3 Award in Education & TrainingLevel 3 Awards in: Conflict Management, Physical Intervention and First Aid at WorkFunctional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in English, Maths & ICTStrong coaching, communication and organisational skillsAbility to engage, motivate and support diverse learnersDesirable:Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE)Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/33)Coaching qualificationKnowledge of government-funded training programmesWhat Youll BringA learner-focused, proactive approachExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong planning and performance management abilitiesA passion for helping people achieve and progressCommitment to continuous improvement and high standardsOur Benefits34 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + your birthday offGenerous pension contributionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAdditional InformationCommitment to safeguarding, equality & diversity, and health & safety is essentialOngoing CPD and flexibility are key expectations of this rolePaul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
