The key responsibilities for this role include developing existing relationships/accounts, leveraging those relationships, and pursuing cross/solution selling of large security contracts within the Mainland UK. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and growth plans. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team of three in a player-manager style, meeting and exceeding targets and translating marketing strategies into sales.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of target-based sales experience selling security services. They should be well-organized, driven to close deals, and experienced in high-pressure sales environments, preferably selling into the FM or property management sectors. Confidence to operate at all business levels and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
