Secured Lending/Commercial Property Solicitor - London

Role summary

A West End law firm are actively looking to recruit an experienced Secured Lending/Real Estate Finance Solicitor.

You will join a busy and established property practice in central London.

Sitting within a commercial property department you will have a broad caseload however there will be a strong focus on secured lending transactions (lender side).

A traditional law firm that is a very well known name in the West End. Hybrid working policy is 4:1.

Progressive, supportive and collegiate. No chargeable hours targets.

Experience required

Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 PQE

Possess direct secured lending/real estate finance experience – essential

Possess broader commercial property experience – desirable
