Adler & Allan is going through significant growth, strengthening its position as the UK's go-to environmental services, consultancy & environmental engineering partner - and we're looking for a Sector Manager who can take a defined market sector and own it.
This is a role for a strategic operator with commercial edge. Someone who can see the big picture, build the roadmap, and bring teams together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the face of Adler & Allan in your sector, leading senior client relationships, unlocking new opportunities, and driving profitable, sustainable growth.

What you'll lead

Setting the sector strategy - growth plans, propositions, customer segmentation and market direction.
Aligning regional, operational and commercial teams to deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience.
Senior-level engagement with national clients across procurement, operations and technical functions.
Growth of a national account portfolio, ensuring profitability, retention and long-term partnership.
Contract mobilisation, renewals and tailored customer solutions across the Group.
Continuous improvement, using insight to strengthen delivery and customer satisfaction.
Sector review leadership - driving performance, accountability and momentum.
Representing Adler & Allan across industry bodies and forums to elevate our presence and influence.
Cross-selling and securing new work across the full Adler & Allan service offering

Qualifications
What you'll bring

Proven success (8+ years) in B2B sales or account management - ideally in the water sector, environmental services or energy infrastructure.
Strategic thinking with commercial sharpness and negotiation strength.
Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct line management.
Experience building complex, multi-service customer propositions.
Executive presence, excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Resilience, adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset.
Financial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
Clean UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK (DBS check required).
