Your Role

✔ Deliver one-to-one or small-group support to SEN students. ✔ Assist with classroom activities, phonics sessions, and online learning. ✔ Implement behaviour management techniques to support pupils with additional needs. ✔ Potentially provide home tutoring for students unable to attend school.

What You'll Need

✔ 2+ years' TA experience (SEN background ideal). ✔ Familiarity with ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs. ✔ Strong safeguarding awareness. ✔ Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to apply). ✔ Two professional references. ✔ UK work rights & full driving licence.
