Salary: £32,916-£45,352 per annum pro rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

About the role

At Heart of Supply, we are excited to be recruiting for a variety of teaching opportunities, supporting secondary schools across Lincoln in a wide range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, Computing, Creative Arts, Technology and Languages. As an experienced or newly qualified Secondary Teacher, you will step into diverse school environments, delivering engaging pre-set lessons or using your own expertise, keeping the classroom running smoothly and helping maintain a positive learning environment. This role can be flexible around you and your availability, so whether you prefer day-to-day or short-term cover, longer term consistency or something in between, we will tailor each teaching opportunity to suit your skills, preferences and availability.

About the school

At Heart of Supply we partner with a wide range of supportive, welcoming schools across Lincolnshire, including Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This includes everything from mainstream secondary schools to academies, local authority provisions and specialist SEND settings. We are looking for secondary supply teachers who can offer either general cover or teach specific subjects, and we will match you with schools that fit your strengths and values. Working with us means joining a growing team and gaining experience across varied environments, all while making a real impact in the classroom.

What you will need:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) & recent UK secondary classroom experience

* Strong subject knowledge & flexibility to teach across KS3 and KS4

* Confident, respectful behaviour management

* Ability to build quick rapport with students and colleagues

* A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine passion for your subject

* At least 6 weeks’ UK teaching experience (including placements)
