Paragon Education is recruiting confident and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Worcestershire, including Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and Droitwich Spa.
This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexible work while maintaining consistent classroom experience across KS3 and KS4. Opportunities are available across subject specialisms as well as general cover.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
Adapt quickly to different school environments and expectations
Maintain strong classroom behaviour and clear routines
Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
Flexible, reliable and professional approach
Ability to adapt confidently across different subjects and settings
