The Role You will work closely with teaching staff to support students across a range of subjects. Your role will involve: * Supporting learning in class and helping students access lesson materials * Providing 1:1 and small group support, including for students with additional needs * Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons * Assisting students with SEN by adapting resources and classroom activities * Helping develop and implement personalised learning plans * Supporting the emotional, social and academic progress of students * Carrying out general classroom and administrative tasks as needed About You We’re looking for someone who is: * Experienced working with young people (school experience ideal but not essential) * Patient, supportive and able to build strong relationships with students * Confident communicating with staff, pupils and parents * Proactive, flexible and able to work well as part of a team * Passionate about education and helping students overcome barriers to learning Why Work Here?
