English Teacher (SEN) Job Type: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: Paid to scaleLocation: Rural HorshamStart Date: September 2026 We are recruiting an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to join our highly regarded SEN school. This role is perfect for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including SEMH and Autism. What you’ll be doing: Teaching engaging and differentiated English lessons to pupils with SEN Adapting lesson plans and resources to meet individual learning needs Monitoring pupil progress and supporting personalised outcomes Working closely with a supportive, experienced staff team Promoting a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment What we’re looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching English (SEN experience desirable) Strong understanding of SEN, SEMH, and Autism Adaptable, patient, and passionate about making a difference Excellent xehkeey communication and teamwork skills What we offer: Salary paid to scale Extensive CPD and training, including up to 21 INSET days per year Well-resourced classrooms and specialist SEN support Supportive working environment with a strong reputation in SEN education Apply now by submitting your CV.
