The Role
The school is seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Headteacher who will:
Play a key role in driving whole-school improvement
Inspire staff and students through high expectations and integrity
Lead on areas such as curriculum, teaching and learning, behaviour, or personal development (to align with the successful candidate’s strengths)
Develop strong, supportive relationships with staff, students, parents, and external partners
