Secondary Cover Supervisor - East London At Engage, we’re working with a school in [area] to recruit a full-time cover supervisor who can join the team in its commitment to improving the attainment of all pupils. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and make a real difference to the lives of your pupils. About the role You will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a school in East London, beginning in September 2025. You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education, and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking. About you Experience working with students aged 11-16 Flexibility to work in different subjects Confident managing behaviour An ability to build rapport with students Have a fun but firm presence An interest in education We welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage.
