The role of a Facilities technician is to perform diverse maintenance and repair tasks in residential or commercial areas across the caravan village, covering minor plumbing (leaks/toilets), electrical (bulbs, smoke alarms and fuses) carpentry (shelves, doors and cabinets).
Painting, decorating and general upkeep like gardening or appliance installation, requiring practical skills and service that require a broad skill set.
