The Role: Sea Export Operator As a key member of the team, you will manage the full lifecycle of sea export shipments from initial booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end processing and coordination of FCL and LCL sea export shipments. Preparing, processing, and checking all necessary documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists, customs entries). Liaising proactively with carriers, co-loaders, hauliers, and overseas agents. Providing exceptional communication and updates to clients regarding shipment status and potential delays. Managing customs procedures and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. Who Are We Looking For? You are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience specifically in Sea Freight Exports within a Freight Forwarding environment.
Proven experience handling Sea Export operations from start to finish. Excellent working knowledge of customs procedures and documentation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills (for both clients and carriers). High proficiency in freight operating systems and Microsoft Office.
