Exciting opportunity to lead the Sales Development function at a fast-growing Climate-Tech platform.

  • Partnering with Enterprise clients to measure, manage and reduce carbon footprint
  • $50M+ in VC funding


The Role:


  • Own the out-bound sales strategy; leading on prospecting and lead qualification
  • Lead a team of SDRs; responsible for training and development, and driving best practice and efficiencies across the sales process
  • Ensure data and reporting accuracy
  • Cross-functional collaboration; working closely with Rev Ops, Marketing and Product


Needs:


  • Proven experience and success in an SDR role
  • Ideally coming from a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience mentoring/managing junior team members
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
