Scrum Master - Healthcare, Data, Azure £Market Rate - Inside IR35 London / Hybrid - 2 days per week on site 6 months My client is an instantly recognisable Healthcare Insurer who urgently require a Scrum Master / Business Analyst with expertise in Azure Data projects to join a business-critical programme. Key Requirements: Proven commercial experience working as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in the Healthcare and Insurance Industry. Expertise in Azure Cloud Data programmes, with the ability to data integrity, security and scalability. Previous experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Strong understanding of LLM. An understanding of Azure Machine Learning (ALM) / Azure AI. Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards. The ability to manage and track project progress using Agile tools and methodologies, preferably DevOps. CSM certification or equivalent agile certification. Previous experience of collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define and prioritise the product backlog.
