Build and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders Work closely with surgeons and theatre teams, supporting product usage directly in the operating room Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to customer needs Identify and convert new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare settings Grow and retain existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction Collaborate with pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital administrators to maintain product availability Analyse your territory to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Manage and report on sales pipeline, activity, and performance Execute strategic account plans aligned with wider UK objectives Maintain accurate CRM records in line with GDPR compliance Travel extensively across your territory (50–80%), including occasional overnight stays
What We’re Looking For
Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences (preferred) 3–5 years’ experience selling into operating theatres and clinical environments Proven experience working with NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and procurement processes Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills Commercially savvy with strong analytical and numerical ability Highly organised, self‑motivated, and accountable Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Based in Scotland (ideally near Glasgow or Edinburgh)
