About the role – Science Technician

We are seeking a reliable and organised Science Technician to join our secondary academy and support the delivery of practical science lessons. You will prepare, set up, and maintain equipment and materials for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons, ensuring laboratories are safe, well-stocked, and ready for learning. The role involves assisting teachers during lessons, carrying out routine equipment checks, and supporting health and safety compliance. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of laboratory safety. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting students’ scientific learning and curiosity.
