Science Technician Needed – Secondary School in South West London

ABOUT THE ROLE

A welcoming secondary school in South West London is seeking a reliable and organised Science Technician to support the day-to-day running of its busy Science department. You’ll be helping teachers deliver practical lessons safely and smoothly across Biology, Chemistry and Physics labs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare materials, chemicals and equipment for practical lessons Support teaching staff across all three sciences Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times Stock control and ordering resources ⚙ Assist with equipment maintenance and setup Keep the prep room organised and lesson-ready

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Experience in a lab OR strong science background (A-Level / Degree) ✔ Excellent organisation & attention to detail ✔ Confident with safety & risk awareness ✔ Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one) ✔ Right to work in the UK ✔ Available full-time, Monday to Friday

Experience in a school setting is desirable — but not essential for strong candidates with a science background.

PAY & BENEFITS
