This forward-thinking and academically high-achieving independent school in Bath is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dedicated faculty from September 2025. The school boasts a well-resourced science block with modern laboratories, research links to universities, and student-led initiatives such as science fairs and STEM outreach.

The successful candidate will teach KS3 Science and their chosen specialism (Physics or Chemistry) up to A-Level. There is also an opportunity to become involved in the school’s Oxbridge preparation and science societies.

The role is suited to someone who can model curiosity, stretch able learners, and contribute positively to the wider co-curricular life of the school.

Experience and Qualifications • Science degree with QTS or equivalent teaching experience • Strong academic background in Physics or Chemistry • KS3–KS5 experience required • Excellent communication, organisation, and pupil engagement skills • Right to work in the UK
