Academics is recruiting on behalf of a 'Good' Ofsted-rated secondary school in the Cannock area for a full-time Science Teacher to join their team from March through to the end of the summer term. Whether you're an ECT or an experienced teacher, this role offers the chance to thrive in a supportive school setting.

The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity and support strong academic progress.

About the Role:

Full-time Science Teacher delivering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4
Fixed-term position from March until Summer
Planning and delivering engaging, practical Science lessons
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Working collaboratively within a supportive Science department
School local to the Cannock area

Applicant Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in your Science specialism
Recent experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A passion for Science and student achievement
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic teaching approach
ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
