You’ll be based primarily at the Redhill site with occasional work at a nearby satellite provision. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver an adapted Science curriculum that meets students’ academic, social and sensory needs Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to create a consistent, supportive environment Set personalised progress targets and closely monitor achievement Provide detailed assessments and reports for parents, colleagues and external agencies Contribute to EHCP reviews, PEPs and LAC documentation Create structured, motivating lessons with clear pace and challenge Stay informed on Autism education and SEND best practice Respond to behaviour calmly and professionally in line with policy Support the broader development of the school as it grows Who We’re Looking For PGCE, QTS Ability to teach Science up to GCSE Experience working with students who have complex SEND needs Strong understanding of the national curriculum Knowledge of Autism and associated needs Ability to adapt and personalise curriculum content Reflective, resilient and passionate about inclusive education What You’ll Gain The chance to play a key role in a brand-new specialist school Excellent support and high staff-student ratios A team that values creativity, wellbeing and professional development A meaningful teaching role where impact is seen daily Ready to Apply?
