We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Croydon. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in January 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible science lessons to students with a wide range of learning needs, including moderate learning difficulties and autism spectrum conditions.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality science lessons to small classes, adapting content to meet the individual needs of students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development and learning. Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to create tailored learning strategies and individualised education plans (IEPs). Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being. Support students in developing key skills in science, encouraging independent thinking and problem-solving.
