Aspire People are currently recruiting for a qualified Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Oldham. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, with the potential to continue into the new academic year and even become permanent for the right candidate.

The school is part of a large Multi-Academy Trust and boasts a supportive and welcoming Science department, where you'll be fully integrated as a valued member of staff.

The Role: * Full-time Science Teacher position * Teaching Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 * Planning and marking responsibilities included * Long-term role until the end of the academic year * Potential extension into the next academic year/permanent opportunity * Opportunity for a trial day before the Easter break * School happy to wait until after Easter for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) * Have excellent behaviour management skills * Be confident implementing the school's behaviour policy * Provide references covering the last 2 years * Hold a DBS on the Update Service * Be committed, reliable, and passionate about Science education
