An outstanding school based in the Borough of Islington is seeking a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant for a long-term position, starting ASAP . This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a strong science background to join a supportive and dynamic school community in the Borough of Islington . The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Chemistry , although graduates with a degree in any of the three additional sciences (Biology, Physics, or General Science) who are versatile and adaptable will also be considered. Experience in tutoring or 1:1 support would be an added bonus. The Science Graduate Teaching Assistant will primarily be responsible for tutoring 6th form students who are taking their A-levels in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and General Sciences . This role offers hands-on experience in supporting students academically, enhancing their understanding of complex scientific concepts, and helping them achieve their potential. This long-term opportunity in the Borough of Islington is expected to potentially run until the end of the academic year, July 2027 . The pay rate for this Science Graduate Teaching Assistant role is £90-£110 per day , depending on experience.
