This full-time School Support Worker role in Ware is designed for graduates who are passionate about mental health, behaviour, and supporting vulnerable students in the education and training environment - especially those considering careers in:

* Social Care or Mental Health Services

Your Responsibilities as a School Support Worker:

* Help create a safe and supportive environment where students feel heard and valued
Who We're Looking For:
* A graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or a related subject
* A strong interest in mental health, behaviour, or SEND
* Some experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is helpful but not essential
* A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
* Able to reliably commute to Ware
