About the
Role

As a School Support Worker,
you’ll be at the heart of pupil support—helping learners feel safe,
confident, and ready to engage with their
education.

You will work closely with teachers,
therapists, and pastoral staff to provide personalised support in
and out of the classroom. From encouraging positive behaviour to
helping pupils build independence and social skills, you will play
a key part in their journey.

This is an
incredibly rewarding role where your care, creativity, and
commitment will make a meaningful, lasting impact on the lives of
young people.

Reddish Hall School is an
independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 5 to
18, catering for pupils with social emotional and mental health
difficulties, with a high proportion of pupils who have a diagnosis
of ASC. Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful
outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled
view of education and life.
