Position: Site Manager\n Job Type: Full-Time\n Location: Harrow\n Start Date: Immediate Start Available\n Pay Rate: £12.16 - £14.25\n\nAbout the Role:\n We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Site Manager to work within a Primary School based in Harrow on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained at all times.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOpening and closing the school site daily\nEnsuring the security of buildings and grounds\nCarrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs\nSupervising cleaning staff and contractors where required\nManaging health and safety checks, including fire alarms and emergency procedures\nMonitoring the condition of the premises and reporting faults\nSetting up rooms and facilities for school activities and events\nMaintaining outdoor areas, including pathways and grounds\nEnsuring compliance with safeguarding and site safety proceduresRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience in a Site Manager, Caretaker, or Facilities role\nGood practical skills and ability to carry out minor repairs and maintenance\nKnowledge of health and safety procedures\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively\nReliable, trustworthy, and flexible\nEnhanced DBS checkWorking Hours:\n\nMonday to Friday\n7:00am to 3:30pm or split shifts if required\nFull-time hoursWhat We Offer:\n\nWeekly pay through the agency\nOngoing support from our recruitment team\nOpportunity for long-term or permanent placement Apply today!\n\nEmpowering Learning Ltd. are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and people and expect all staff to show this commitment.
