A well-regarded specialist school in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead small classes and deliver personalised learning for pupils with complex needs, for a full-time role. As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons, supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. Working alongside a team of specialist staff, you will help pupils develop confidence, independence and resilience. Pupils may have; * Autism or other neurodivergent profiles * Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND * Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to meet pupils' needs * Track pupil progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
